The current instructional year runs from September 2, 2026 through August 31, 2027.

Published studio closures. No regular lessons are scheduled during the following closure periods:

• Thanksgiving Break: Monday, November 23 through Sunday, November 29, 2026

• Winter Break: Monday, December 21, 2026 through Sunday, January 3, 2027

• Spring Break: Monday, March 8 through Sunday, March 14, 2027

 Equal weekday count. These dates create 48 scheduled lesson opportunities for every regular weekday slot during the instructional year. Published closure dates are already incorporated into monthly tuition and do not receive make-ups, refunds, or credits.

Other holidays. Legato remains open on federal holidays, school-district holidays, teacher workdays, and other dates unless the date appears above or Legato announces a closure in writing.

Calendar changes. If Legato cancels a scheduled lesson outside the published closure periods, Legato will provide a substitute instructor, online lesson, rescheduled lesson, or tuition credit. A fully enrolled student will not lose a scheduled instructional opportunity because of a Legato cancellation.

Future calendars. Legato will publish future annual instructional calendars before they take effect. If the annual scheduled-lesson count changes, Legato may adjust monthly tuition with at least 30 days’ written notice.
